The Wall Street Journal: State Seeks Help To Cut Cost Of Chronically Ill The governor of Massachusetts wants to hire private insurers or other third parties to manage care for the poor and chronically ill patients who use a disproportionate share of public health-care dollars. Total Recall: Target Children’s Frog Mask, More Listeria, Unlabeled Peanuts

Ten days before Halloween, Target (TGT) on Friday recalled thousands of frog-themed masks for children, citing a suffocation risk.

No incidents have been reported, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said. The 3,400 plush masks, made in China, were sold nationwide between August and September, retailing for $1. The UPC code is 06626491474.

Consumers are asked to return the product to any Target for a refund.
