Strategic Plan 2022
Welcome to the strategic planning process for Southern Utah University. Within our shared governance context, an institution’s strategic planning process serves at the heart of a unified effort to create and implement a clear direction for the institution’s future. Once complete, the strategic plan serves as a guiding document that shapes future decisions.
As we begin this process of defining the future direction of the institution, we plan to engage all stakeholders and look forward to working together collectively. As we (the collective “we” including all stakeholders) complete this work together, this page will serve as the hub for sharing the committee's work and outlining the progress toward the institution's next strategic plan.
We encourage every member of the campus community to engage in this process and stay in close contact with those who represent you on the committee.
